What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. It’s a strength and conditioning program that mixes weightlifting, gymnastics, powerlifting, running, rowing, and biking in a bunch of different ways! It’s a no-BS approach to bettering your life, not only inside the gym, but outside the gym.

NONE! CrossFit meets you where you are at.

Our coaches will adjust the workouts to be appropriately challenging for you. As you learn what you’re able to do now, you’ll be rewarded with a new challenge to pursue next.

What does a class look like?

A CrossFit class is a one-hour group session led by one of our coaches. A typical class looks like:

  • Brief overview of the day

  • Warm-Up

  • Strength/Weightlifting

  • Conditioning

  • Clean up and give each other fist bumps for a job well done

    We can promise you… this will be the most welcoming community you’ve ever been apart of. Every member in our community understands how hard it is to get started. The memory of our first workout is forever etched in our minds — which is why our community is so welcoming to new members.

    We have walked in your shoes, and understand your fears. The hardest part of getting started is walking through our doors. Our members come from all different backgrounds, vary in age, and all started as beginners. Each person has persevered and overcome, and we are excited to see you do the same.

    We have an OnRamp program that is designed to ease you into CrossFit. These personal training sessions will get you more confident and comfortable before you head into our group classes. You’ll likely wonder why you waited so long to give us a try!
