Bootcamp is a separate program from our traditional CrossFit style classes. In bootcamp your instructor will lead you through 45 mins of a high intensity workout. This group class will consist of fundamental movements (Squats, presses, jumps, pulls, etc.). most of these will be performed will little to no resistance by using equipment such as, unloaded barbells, kettlebells, or dumbbells.
