Back Squat + Front Squat EMOM for 12 min.

Odd Minutes – 3 Front Squats

Even Minutes – 6 Back Squats

*63% of Back Squat 1RM (heavier than previous week)

Use same weight for both squats.

Strict Press

5 sets of 3 @ 80% 1RM

The Chief (AMRAP – Rounds)

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans, 135#/95#

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

Rest 1-minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
