Measure your height, stack plates on boxes for more height options. Feet must come together before the jump is made.

1 – 20 Second Handstand Hold

OR

400 – Double Unders

150 – Hang Clean + Jerks (light 55/75)

100 – Box Jumps

50 – Thrusters (light 55/75)

Accumulate a 4 Min Handstand Hold (240 Seconds)

Partners do not need to do the workout in the order its written. Also, partners may do different movements then each other BUT only 1 may work at a time.
