Day 8 of 12 Programming Excellence
By definition CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains”. What does that mean? To the majority of us, it just means that each day you are guaranteed workouts that are different from the day before. It will never get old because you will be consistently challenged to perform new and different movements, always resulting in a total body workout.
At Loyalty we follow programming designed and implemented by Coach Ben Bergeron of CF New England. He is a successful multi box owner and his results are unmatched. In 2016 he has produced 3 CrossFit Games Champions, 18 Masters Games Athletes, and 73 Masters Qualifiers. With his consistently proven track record, his programming is arguably the best available. The programming is focused on three components: strength, skills, and conditioning. By choosing to combine all three, not ignoring any weakness, we can become the fittest versions of ourselves.
